Goods purchased from Eeny.ee online store are subject to the return policy prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Purchased goods are subject to a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt of the items.
The customer must notify his/her wish to return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods by filling in the return request form at the bottom of the page.
Returned goods must be unused, with original labels and in their original packaging. EENY clothes (e.g. party dresses) that have been used/tried on will not be returned for hygiene reasons, except in the case of a faulty/defective product. Make sure you check your purchase before you buy, and be sure to check the contraindication on the product page!
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless the reason for returning the goods is non-conformity with the order or defective goods.
The money for the returned goods will be refunded to the customer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the request for the withdrawal. In addition to the cost of the returned goods, the cost of delivery will also be refunded.
The customer has the possibility to apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection Board, whose competence is to settle disputes arising from a contract if the value of the disputed goods exceeds €20 (the examination of the complaint by the Committee is free of charge).
