DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time of ordered products is up to 14 days.


Delivery methods for goods purchased from Eeny e-shop:

SmartPOST parcel machines in Estonia and Finland

Omniva parcel machines in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, DPD courier elsewhere in Europe

Delivery costs will be displayed in the checkout according to the desired destination.

Free delivery and return for orders over 45 euros (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland).

Free delivery and return elsewhere in Europe for orders over 200 euros.

Usually, the ordered goods will be packed within 24 hours after the customer places the order.
In special cases, the packing of the goods may take more time, but not more than 1-3 days.

Deliveries to parcel machines are made between Mon-Fri 9.00-17.00.


The goods will be delivered in accordance with the delivery method chosen when placing the order, usually no later than the day after the next working day.

When the parcel arrives, a notification is sent to the customer's mobile phone with a personal door code. The customer must enter the code into the computer of the parcel machine, then the door of the parcel machine opens and the customer receives the goods. The parcel will be held in the parcel machine for 7 days from the date of insertion. If the customer has not issued the package within 7 days, it will be returned to the sender. Once the parcel has been returned, the customer must pay the postage again in order to receive the parcel.

Eeny Fashion OÜ manages the EENY e-shop and is responsible for the ordered and purchased goods during their transport. From the moment of receipt of the goods, the risk of damage and/or loss of the goods shall pass to the customer. In the event that the ordering party has indicated a third party as the recipient of the goods (e.g. the recipient of a gift), the ordering party confirms, by giving the corresponding order, that this person assumes the obligation to accept the goods and the risk of accidental damage and/or destruction of the goods from the time of acceptance of the goods at the parcel terminal. E-shop EENY cannot recall orders after the goods have been dispatched (i.e. if the goods have been dispatched to the customer, the customer will be responsible for the delivery costs and will be subject to the standard 14-day right of return if the goods are not suitable).

DELAYS

In order to avoid delays, please make sure that the delivery address included in the order is correct. We recommend that you always double-check that you have the correct postcode, apartment number and other information to ensure that your parcel arrives on time. Entering your phone number is important so that the postal service provider could contact you if necessary. More than 95% of our international shipments arrive in less than 2 weeks, but please note that under normal circumstances, the delivery can take up to 4 weeks.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

We've done our best to make the return process as quick and easy as possible for you. Depending on the delivery method you choose, the process for returning the goods is slightly different.

EENY accepts returns completed within 14 days of receiving the order. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract if the items are unused or damaged (items may be tried on for inspection and to check their suitability). We ask that you try the underwear on your personal laundry to avoid soiling the product. Items must be returned with all original labels. EENY boutique offers FREE RETURN SERVICE to destinations within ESTONIA.

At the moment, we do not offer size exchanges for the same product or any other product of equivalent price. If you wish to exchange your product, return the unsuitable product and place a new order on our website. The refund process will be initiated as soon as the refund package reaches us.

To return the product:
Open RETURN OF EENY PRODUCTS, received by e-mail
Pack the product in such a way that it cannot be damaged during the transport.
We recommend that products are returned in their original packaging.

Return the parcel according to the instructions on the Returns Portal.

NB! Particular care should be taken when returning jewelery, as it can be permanently damaged if packaged incorrectly. Please return the jewelery in the original packaging.

REFUNDS

Kui tellisite kaubad pakiautomaati, saate need 14 päeva jooksul tasuta tagastada, kasutades pakiautomaadi tagastuskoodi. Itella Smartpostil kehtib tagastuseks uksekood, millega paki saite. Itella Smartposti valgesse kappi tellitud toodete tagastamise puhul tuleb tagastus esmalt registreerida Smartposti kodulehel. Omniva pakiautomaati tellitud toodete puhul on tagastuskood sõnumis, millega Teid teavitati kauba saabumisest.


Tagastatavad tooted ei tohi olla kantud, määrdunud ega muul viisil kahjustatud – proovida võib, kanda mitte!

Toote küljes peavad olema originaaletiketid ja muud uue, kasutamata toote tunnused. Kasutatud või kliendi soovil ümber tehtud tooteid vastu ei võeta. Hügieenilistel põhjustel ei saa tagastada ega ringi vahetada avatud pakendiga pesutooteid. E-poest ostetud kaupa ei saa ringi vahetada mõne teise toote või teise suuruse vastu. Sellisel juhul tuleb tellimus tagastada ning vormistada uus tellimus. Tagastatud tellimuste eest tagastame raha esimesel võimalusel, mitte hiljem kui 10 päeva möödudes kauba tagasisaatmisest. Tagastatud toote eest kannab Eeny Fashion OÜ raamatupidamine raha tagasi samale pangakontole, millelt makse meile laekus viivitamatult, kuid mitte hiljem kui 10 päeva jooksul alates toote tagasivõtmisest.

Kui olete ostetud kaupa tavapäraselt kasutanud ja õigesti hooldanud, kuid sellel ilmneb puudus, on Teil õigus esitada Eeny Fashion OÜ-le pretensioon kahe aasta jooksul alates ostu tegemisest, kui võib eeldada, et tegemist on tootmisveaga. Puudusega kauba korral on Teil õigus nõuda asja tasuta parandamist või selle asendamist uue kaubaga.
